Responsibilities include designing target-state processes with human-in-the-loop governance, evaluating end-to-end impacts, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process design-related experience and a delivery mindset.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operating models, including human-in-the-loop controls and AI governance.
• GenAI and workflow integration concepts, with a track record of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implements complex solutions to address issues, optimize efficiency, and improve controls.
• Gathers information from LOB partners to resolve critical business challenges.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using best practices.
• Leverages analytics to translate issues into design-oriented solutions with clear benefits.
• Leads enterprise change management deliverables and detailed analyses.
