Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in consulting environment or domain knowledge across industries.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated industry and peer comparison tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply domain knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and playbook content.
• Contribute to reference library and maintain domain expertise through continuous learning.
