Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence, process redesign or management consulting
• 1+ year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools
• 1+ year integrating AI and automating business process design
• 1+ year delivering project work in consulting or industry domain knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply domain knowledge to review reinvention designs and content.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
• Apply AX Design principles for AI integration designs.
