You’ll lead change management activities, engage stakeholders, plan adoption, and track outcomes, delivering measurable value and smoother transitions to new tools and ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, change management, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience with current-state and future-state process mapping and operational improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional change efforts with focus on adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to redesign and optimize processes, embedding AI, automation, and digital capabilities into day-to-day operations.
• Lead and support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, and readiness assessments for enterprise initiatives.
• Drive execution of transformation programs by developing implementation plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Measure and continuously improve process performance, adoption rates, and business outcomes to ensure sustained value from change initiatives and new technologies.
