Reporting to the Director of Process Innovation & IT Project Management, this position partners closely with technology and business leaders to redesign processes, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable business value.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy to execution, translating complex technology capabilities into practical business solutions, and helping teams embrace change.
