Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows.
- Strong SDLC knowledge and development best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop custom apps, APIs, integrations, and workflows supporting enterprise operations.
- Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and support AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents and copilots.
- Integrate systems across ERP, CRM, CPQ, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party apps.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation and software solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Create technical documentation, process flows, and support materials.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms for future adoption.
- Support governance, security, and compliance standards.
