Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance with a tech focus.
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting activities.
• Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close, treasury reporting, and audit/compliance requests.
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance workflows.
• Ensure automated solutions are controlled, auditable, and documented; align with security standards.
• Train end users and create documentation and playbooks for new tools and agents.
• Liaise between Treasury, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Support workflows, reports, and dashboards within the TMS and related treasury apps.
• Assist with TMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations; participate in SIT/UAT testing.
• Gather requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancements with stakeholders.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and root-cause analysis for treasury processes and systems.
