Job summary

Hope Global seeks a hands-on technology professional to turn business needs into secure automation and integration solutions. You will partner with IT and business teams across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, engineering, and other functions to reduce manual work and deliver measurable operational value.

The role covers Microsoft cloud, Power Platform, AI, scripting, APIs, and integration tools to craft practical solutions with governance, logging, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise IT, systems engineering, cloud technology, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, identity/access management, Power Platform.
• Hands-on automation/integration using scripting, low-code tools, APIs, or connectors.
• Knowledge of data integration concepts, relational data, and secure production support.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar platforms quickly and document solutions.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Comfort working in manufacturing environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and support automation and integration solutions.
• Integrate with ERP, SharePoint, MES, and other data sources.
• Use Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs with proper exception handling.
• Lead deployment, adoption, and value tracking.
