Job summary

Bask Health is a dynamic telehealth pricing and revenue operations team dedicated to building transparent pricing for our pharmacy products and services. You will model costs, monitor margins, and provide data-driven recommendations to keep pricing competitive.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, finance, sales, and product teams to document pricing decisions, create dashboards, and support forecasting in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, lookups, and building models from scratch.
• Strong grasp of margin, unit economics, and cost-plus pricing.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth pricing is a plus.
• SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
• Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed.
• Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed.
• Highly articulate, able to explain a pricing recommendation clearly in writing and in person.
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams (pharmacy, finance, sales, product, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the pharmacy team to build and maintain pricing models for pharmacy products.
• Stay on top of medication and supplier cost changes so our pricing stays consistent and reliable for customers.
• Analyze market pricing to keep Bask's offerings competitive and accessible.
• Recommend pricing for new products, partner programs, and promotions, backed by clear analysis.
• Keep pricing information accurate and consistent across our systems and materials.
• Build dashboards and reports on pricing trends and cost changes for leadership.
• Support the team with forecasting and ad hoc analysis.
• Find comfort in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Believe no task is too small and no task is too tall.
