Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a cybersecurity and AI-driven modernization program. You will oversee asset inventory, risk classification, and AI-enabled remediation, coordinating across technology, cybersecurity, and risk teams to ensure timely delivery of modernization milestones.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, strong governance, and experience with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field is required or work equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent) are preferred.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Create a complete and trusted inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios, including applications, technology components, SaaS platforms, vendors, and supporting infrastructure.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, operational resilience, and modernization requirements.
• Identify and prioritize high-value assets, externally facing capabilities, and assets with elevated risk or material service-level implications.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process that supports proactive monitoring, continuous validation, and faster decision-making.
• Establish clear governance across the enterprise, accountability, reporting, and execution cadence across technology, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads aligned to asset groups or risk themes.
• Own program-level reporting, including monthly operating metrics for leadership audiences.
• Coordinate resourcing and capacity planning across the core program team.
• Report program status, blockers, and decisions required to the Program Director and Operating Forum.
• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio/data, cyber/risk, architecture, remediation approach and tooling workstreams.
