Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated program plan for a modernization initiative that spans portfolio/data, cyber/risk, architecture, remediation approach, and tooling workstreams. You will coordinate cross-functional squads, triage vulnerabilities with Product teams, and drive governance and reporting at the executive level.

The role demands 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with strong risk/compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field is required.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent) are preferred.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management.

Responsabilités

• Create a complete and trusted inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, and resilience.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring and faster decision-making.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads aligned to asset groups or risk themes.
• Report program status, blockers, and decisions required to the Program Director and Operating Forum.
