Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a modernization program across cyber, risk, and IT. You will coordinate milestones, manage cross-functional workstreams, and drive issue resolution while partnering with Enterprise Architecture on target-state guidance.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, strong governance, and experience with AI/ML tooling in security or IT ops. On-site in the United States with leadership scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field is required or work equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent).
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Create a complete and trusted inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios, including applications, technology components, SaaS platforms, vendors, and supporting infrastructure.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, operational resilience, and modernization requirements.
• Identify and prioritize high-value assets, externally facing capabilities, and assets with elevated risk or material service-level implications.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process that supports proactive monitoring, continuous validation, and faster decision-making.
• Establish governance across the enterprise with reporting and cadence across technology, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, risk, compliance, and finance.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads aligned to asset groups or risk themes.
