Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a modernization program across assets, cyber risk, and architecture. You will coordinate across workstreams, establish AI-enabled assessment workflows, and drive risk-based remediation at enterprise scale.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with strong governance and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; work experience accepted.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization.
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and AI governance credentials.

Responsibilities

• Create a complete inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, operational resilience, and modernization needs.
• Identify and prioritize high-value assets and assets with elevated risk.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring and faster decisions.
• Establish governance across stakeholders and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads aligned to asset groups or risk themes.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and target-state guidance.
• Report program status and decisions to the Program Director and Operating Forum.
• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio/data, cyber/risk, architecture, remediation tooling.
