Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Program Leader to drive the AI-enabled modernization of the technology portfolio across assets, risk, and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional squads, manage milestones, and align with Enterprise Architecture for target-state guidance.

You will lead governance and reporting to executives, ensuring proactive risk management and timely remediation across 5,000+ applications and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field required.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization.
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled tooling into security or IT operations workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a complete and trusted inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, resilience, and modernization.
• Identify high-value assets and assets with elevated risk or SL implications.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring and faster decisions.
• Establish governance across technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional squads across asset groups or risk themes.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, and risks; drive issue resolution.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and target-state guidance.
• Report program status to the Program Director and Operating Forum.
• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio/data, cyber/risk, architecture, remediation workstreams.
