Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Development Program Manager to build and maintain processes, dashboards, and reporting cadences for our Americas data center development team. You will own systems, standards, and AI-enabled workflows to keep site development on schedule.

You will partner with Data, IT, and platform teams to implement scalable solutions while teams input data and follow established processes. This role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven track record building and maintaining processes, workflows, and reporting adopted by teams.
Experience coordinating PMO or business operations in fast-moving environments.
Strong collaboration and document management platform skills.
Excellent presentation creation for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and document standards across site portfolio.
Own intra-team processes for site intake, screening, due diligence, and go/no-go decisions.
Create playbooks, templates, and checklists and ensure adoption across the team.
Be the single source of truth for processes and data input.
Design and stand up project dashboards covering diligence status, deadlines, and pipeline.
Define data model and refresh cadence for dashboards; ensure data integrity.
Automate recurring workflows and enable AI-enabled workflows with IT and platform teams.
Translate diligence status and milestones into concise leadership narratives and visuals.
