Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Development Program Manager to anchor the Americas data center development team, building processes, dashboards, and reporting rhythms that keep pipelines organized and on schedule. You will design how the team works, both internally and across the organization, leveraging AI tools with Data, IT, and platform teams to maintain AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program coordination, PMO, or process-oriented roles.
• Design, document, and maintain processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Proficiency with collaboration and document management platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain the team’s folder structure and document standards for consistency and version control.
• Stand up intra-team processes for site intake and evaluation from opportunity capture to go/no-go decisions.
• Create playbooks, templates, checklists, and ensure adoption and currentness as the team scales.
• Own the reporting cadence, inputs, and follow-ups to ensure accurate data.
• Partner with Data/IT and platform teams to design dashboards covering diligence status, deadlines, and pipeline.
• Define data models, inputs, and refresh cadence for dashboards; maintain data integrity.
• Surface risks and bottlenecks to enable proactive actions and continuous improvement of dashboards.
• Lead AI-enabled tool adoption and automation of recurring workflows.
