Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Development Program Manager to become the backbone of our Americas data center development team, shaping processes, folders, dashboards, and reporting cadence to keep the pipeline organized and on schedule.

You will own systems, standards, and AI-enabled workflows, partnering with Data, IT, and platform teams while project teams input data and follow established processes. This is a design and coordination role, not an admin position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program coordination, PMO, or business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain processes, workflows, and reporting adopted by others.
• Proficiency with collaboration and document management platforms; strong tooling literacy.
• Excellent presentation skills; able to create executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the team’s folder structure, naming conventions, and document standards for consistency.
• Stand up intrateam processes for site intake from opportunity capture to go/no-go decisions.
• Establish playbooks, templates, and checklists and ensure ongoing adherence.
• Own the reporting cadence and dashboards for diligence status, deadlines, and pipeline tracking.
• Lead AI-enabled tooling adoption to automate workflows and improve speed.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Construction, Delivery, Power, and Design.
