Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager to own dashboard visualizations and AI-enabled data pipelines for the Operations Business Support team. You will manage compensation-linked scorecards and production reports across 50+ data sources, embedding AI efficiencies into data architecture and processes.

You will lead end-to-end pipeline integrity, drive monthly scorecard cycles from development to production, and partner with stakeholders across tech and non-tech teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own critical dashboard visualizations and AI-enabled data pipelines for the Operations Business Support team.
• Own compensation-linked Scorecards and key production reports tied to Operations and 50+ data sources.
• Ensure production governance & quality; maintain zero-defect SLA on outputs.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate SQL generation, ETL boilerplate, migration scripts, and dashboard scaffolding.
• Leverage stakeholder trust; manage upstream troubleshooting and governance across dependencies.
• Utilize Amazon Q, KIRO, and GitHub Copilot as core workflow tools.
