Job summary
Kforce is seeking a PMO Governance Lead in Doral, FL to establish, govern, and continuously improve the Technical Delivery PMO across Global Gaming for all Company brands. The role focuses on PMO design, governance, portfolio oversight, and reporting to drive maturity and automation in IT delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience building or transforming PMOs, establishing governance standards, and coaching teams within complex IT environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years leading PMO governance or PMO transformation initiatives
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in IT environments
- Experience in establishing or enhancing PMO functions
- Experience in Governance frameworks; Reporting structures; PMO processes; Portfolio controls
- Experience in large, multi-project IT environments
