Job summary

Kforce is seeking a PMO Governance Lead in Doral, FL to establish, govern, and continuously improve the Technical Delivery PMO across Global Gaming for all Company brands. The role focuses on PMO design, governance, portfolio oversight, and reporting to drive maturity and automation in IT delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience building or transforming PMOs, establishing governance standards, and coaching teams within complex IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• 1-3 years leading PMO governance or PMO transformation initiatives
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in IT environments
• Experience in establishing or enhancing PMO functions
• Experience in Governance frameworks; Reporting structures; PMO processes; Portfolio controls
• Experience in large, multi-project IT environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
