Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers within Global Gaming. You will ensure governance-aligned delivery across brand projects, maintaining portfolio visibility and escalation support as needed.

You will partner with Application Owners and PMO Governance Lead to enforce standards and drive delivery excellence across IT initiatives, while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a high‑impact enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Project Managers or delivery teams.
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Wrike, Monday.com, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers (~5 direct reports).
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure consistency in project execution, reporting, and governance adherence.
• Partner with PMO Governance Lead to enforce standards and discipline.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Provide escalation support and proactive delivery risk intervention.
