Job summary

Calendly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we position, launch, and grow our products, including new AI capabilities. This full-stack PMM role collaborates with Product and Research to understand customers and translate strategy into messaging, launch copy, and go-to-market plans.

You’ll influence product direction, present to executives, and own launches end-to-end while building repeatable AI workflows for faster, higher-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS (PLG or hybrid GTM preferred).
• Proven track record of leading major launches and driving AI feature adoption.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities for messaging and launch copy.

Responsibilities

• Shape product positioning and influence decisions.
• Own launches from start to finish with GTM plans.
• Create compelling messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Write launch copy, emails, and website messaging as needed.
• Coordinate with Lifecycle, Growth, Web, Brand and other partners.
