Cooper AI in San Francisco is seeking a founding Product Marketing Manager to translate our product into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, building positioning, enablement, and customer-facing materials.

This role ranges from Senior PMM to Lead PMM based on experience, involving development of product storytelling standards, sales talk tracks, case studies, and external messaging across the website and product

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of dedicated product marketing experience for a Senior-level role; OR 5+ years with progressive ownership and leadership experience for a Lead-level role.
• Experience owning product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Strong ability to understand complex products and translate them for customer-facing teams and audiences.
• Experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• A self-directed approach: you can own a workstream independently and move from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and sales to translate product capabilities into clear messaging, positioning, and packaging.
• Build sales enablement materials, including product talk tracks, feature descriptions, and guidance for selling our products.
• Own how Cooper's product shows up externally across the website, product pages, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.
• Develop customer stories and case studies that support both sales and marketing.
• Create product-focused narratives for SDRs and AEs, helping them explain features and value clearly.
• Serve as a bridge between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring product updates and customer needs are communicated effectively.
• Establish and maintain a high bar for product storytelling as Cooper evolves.
