Job summary

West Monroe in Seattle is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice.

You will work directly with clients across various industries, focusing on business process, operations, and technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to enhance their sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, operations, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and willing to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations functions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document outcomes, and translate needs into designs.
• Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends and support strategic recommendations.
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs.
• Analyze and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in configuration and implementation of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
