Qualifications

7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance roles with leadership impact.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis.
Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executives.
Proven track record building partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic Finance partner to Marketing leadership, aligning business strategy with financial outcomes.
Collaborate across Marketing and Finance to drive planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
Evaluate investment priorities, resource allocation, and trade-offs to meet objectives.
Create executive reviews and visuals translating trends into actionable recommendations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, close, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
Leverage AI tools to improve FP&A workflows and accelerate insights.
