Job summary

Adobe's Finance team is redefining how Finance operates at scale by integrating AI, data infrastructure, and modern analytics. This role blends FP&A, strategy, and AI to architect workflows and decision platforms that move beyond traditional reporting.

You will partner with Product and Sales, lead AI-enabled FP&A initiatives, and transform finance into a decision-centric function, delivering actionable insights through advanced data models and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Financial Analytics, or related roles; enterprise software experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Data Analysis, or related area; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated experience transforming Finance workflows using AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics platforms (e.g., LLMs, Databricks, custom analytics solutions).
• Hands-on experience manipulating large datasets using SQL and/or Python; experience with modern data platforms a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Scalable, AI-Forward FP&A: redesign core FP&A workflows using intelligent technologies and data infrastructures.
• Navigate complex data ecosystems from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, billing, product usage) to develop AI use cases with measurable value.
• AI Change Agent: lead Finance evolution from reporting-centric to decision-centric operating models.
• Partner with Senior Leadership: act as trusted finance partner to Product and Sales, communicate progress and risks clearly.
