You will oversee prescription review, compounding, inventory, and risk management within a fast-growing, regulated environment using AI tools to enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in compounding and management.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to interpret regulations, maintain inspection-ready documentation, and apply risk-based judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Verification: evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and safety, using AI-enabled decision support.
• Compounding Oversight: direct daily non-sterile compounding activities with formula checks and documentation.
• Release Accountability: perform final verification of compounded products and maintain traceable records.
