Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer in San Francisco to own paid search and AI advertising across Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT. You will develop channel strategy, manage campaigns, optimize landing pages, and drive pipeline.

You will combine deep paid search expertise with experimentation on emerging platforms, manage significant budgets, and connect advertising performance to downstream pipeline beyond clicks or leads.

Qualifications

• 5-11 years in performance marketing, paid search, or B2B growth marketing.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proven experience building, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign architecture, bidding, and budget optimization.
• Experience testing new advertising platforms and AI-native search.
• Strong CRO, landing page development, and A/B testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT advertising; expand to new channels.
• Develop channel strategies based on audience intent and pipeline contribution.
• Own budget allocation, forecasting, and pipeline targets.
• Balance branded, non-branded, and product-specific campaigns with AI opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and create playbooks.
• Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, messaging, bidding, and formats.
• Own campaign execution across channels: setup, tracking, launch readiness, and optimization.
• Own the website conversion experience and optimized landing pages for paid traffic.
• Run A/B tests on landing page messaging, layouts, CTAs, and forms.
• Partner with Marketing Ops to improve form conversion, routing, and meetings.
