Job summary

CapCenter, founded in Richmond, VA, is hiring a hands-on PPC marketer to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will build audiences, optimize targeting, and refine spend to attract qualified loan applications.

You will leverage AI daily to generate ad variants, automate reporting, and develop lightweight workflows that improve efficiency. You will report to the Marketing Director and grow into broader strategy over time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager — actively building and managing campaigns.
• Genuine skill with audience targeting and segmentation, with knack for narrowing audiences.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real workflow — describe usage and outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability: comfortable with GA4 and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Own targeting mechanics: geo, radius, dayparting, device and placement controls.
• Manage keyword work end to end: match types, negative lists.
• Launch campaigns, monitor pacing, and QA landing pages.
• Create AI-assisted workflows for search query review and reporting.
