Credit Karma is recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search in Charlotte to own strategy, testing, and growth of a portion of our paid search portfolio, including personal loans paid search and brand search. You will drive member acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC and partner with product marketing, analytics, and creative teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous testing and the use of Claude AI to accelerate insights and decision-making, with opportunities for bonus and equity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
2+ years of paid search experience.

Responsibilities

Co‑own strategy and lead execution for paid search portfolio including personal loans, acquisition, and brand search.
Drive new member acquisition through paid search with efficient CAC.
Own and grow brand search, protecting and maximizing branded terms.
Design and run landing page testing and A/B creative testing programs.
Conduct keyword research and optimize spend across the portfolio.
Leverage Claude AI to drive insights and accelerate optimization decisions.
Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, and in‑house creative for targeted messaging.
Present channel growth and testing results to stakeholders.
Analyze performance and identify trends and levers for optimization.
