Xcel Energy in Minnesota is seeking a data analytics professional to leverage AI, automation, and data solutions to improve performance across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate information needs into reporting, dashboards, and automated processes that drive better decisions and customer outcomes.

You will design and sustain data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and lead cross-functional projects, mentoring teammates and contributing to continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/analytics.
• 3 years experience with at least 1 year in customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering and/or information systems.
• Strong customer focus and leadership with initiative from idea to implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong technical and analytical acumen.
• Experience with PC applications and analytical software.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain reporting, dashboards, data integrations, and automated solutions.
• Develop and improve reporting and analytics using enterprise data sources while ensuring data integrity.
• Design and sustain automated workflows and data pipelines for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues to ensure timely information delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on performance, process improvement, and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to projects enhancing processes, AI-enabled solutions, and information systems.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to support organizational success.
• Other duties as assigned.
