Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Three years in customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution ops, engineering or information systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative from idea to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and reporting.
• Design, develop, maintain reporting, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Partner with leaders to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and improve reporting and analytics using enterprise data sources.
• Design automated workflows and data pipelines to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on performance, process improvement, and transformation.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and mentorship on analytical practices.
