Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years experience with at least 1 year in customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering, or information systems.
• Strong customer focus and leadership demonstrated from idea conception and start-up through full implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging analytical capabilities to improve productivity and insight generation.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise in design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting and dashboards.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analytics solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Design and sustain automated workflows, data pipelines, and business processes.
• Collaborate with partners to evaluate opportunities, define requirements, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and resolve data quality, system, and reporting issues to minimize business impact.
