Job summary

Taxfyle LLC is seeking a Partner Success Engineer in Coconut Grove, FL to help automate workflows and build AI-driven tools that support the Partner Success team and client relationships. The role blends hands-on engineering with operations thinking in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will own production systems from day one, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and have a clear path toward forward deployed, AI, or product engineering roles.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on project work.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Partner Success to map workflows and automate high-leverage tasks.
• Build and improve AI agents for client follow-ups, status updates, escalations, and ticket classification.
• Write evals and review loops to know when automation should run or when a human should step in.
• Automate partner reporting and audits using data in BigQuery and dbt.
• Develop lightweight internal tools and dashboards used daily by the team.
• Connect systems via APIs across the platform, ticketing, messaging and data warehouse.
• Utilize Claude Code and similar AI coding tools as part of builds.
• Document shipped work and quantify its impact.
