Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution and growth of campaigns across paid social and paid media platforms. You will align strategies with client business goals, report results, and drive optimization with a proactive, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with account leadership, manage budgets, conduct keyword research and ad copy development, and leverage AI tools to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on with at least 2+ paid advertising channels: Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization processes: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, strategy.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media platforms.
• Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals and manage client budgets.
• Provide proactive strategy recommendations and maintain testing roadmaps.
• Communicate performance insights to clients and internal teams; report results.
