Qualifications

• 2+ years in paid media management and client-facing roles.
• Ability to ingest performance data and tell narrative-driven insights.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, aligning on goals and success metrics.
• Contribute to strategy, planning, and recommendations across campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for additional services to meet client goals.
• Coordinate ad operations, measurement, and creative teams to execute plans.
• Lead regular client calls with clarity and strategic insight.
• Organize internal touchpoints to keep workstreams aligned.
