Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in business operations, program management, or financial planning.
• Proven ability to manage ROB processes and leadership reviews.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly refresh of organizational Key Results and prepare executive summaries.
• Manage headcount trends and executive reporting with dashboards and communications.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Provide support for operational reporting and analysis activities.
• Drive efficiency through program management and AI-enabled process improvements.
