Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in business operations, program management, or financial planning in a complex, cross-functional org.
• Proven ability to manage ROB processes including leadership reviews, financial reporting, and planning.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly refresh of organizational Key Results with deadlines and exec-ready summaries.
• Manage headcount trends and management reporting with dashboards and exec reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational and strategic initiatives.
• Provide coverage for a teammate, supporting operational reporting and analysis.
• Assist with program management and drive efficiency via process improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
