Aquent Talent is seeking a highly analytical, process‑driven operations analyst to support critical business programs in a fast-paced environment. You will manage day-to-day operational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics.

You will help optimize data acquisition and operations, drive automation opportunities, and contribute to performance reporting across multiple programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Are you a highly analytical and process-driven professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented individual to support crucial business operations programs, driving process execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely execution of business processes, maintaining operational health, improving efficiency, and providing vital visibility into key business metrics. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing our data acquisition and operations, especially within the rapidly evolving landscape of AI data, helping to manage intake, tracking, reporting, and overall operational oversight. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute day-to-day operational processes across multiple programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
  • Maintain operational trackers, documentation, reports, and business records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitor program health, identify process gaps, and drive resolution of operational issues.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Create recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Support vendor onboarding, engagement tracking, delivery management, and operational readiness activities.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable operational solutions.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support ad hoc business analysis, special projects, and leadership requests.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, program management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Advanced experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience collaborating with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting vendor management, business operations, supply chain operations, or service delivery programs.
  • Proven ability to create impactful dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
  • Experience documenting business processes and developing operational playbooks.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
