Athelas is seeking a Builder for automation in Mountain View, CA, who loves solving difficult operational problems with code and data. In this role, you'll use SQL and APIs to design and automate workflows across teams, owning high-impact processes, from analysis to implementation.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering to improve efficiency and scalability of healthcare operations. A strong background in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles.
• Strong SQL fluency for querying and structuring data.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own automation surfaces including workflow mapping and SQL/data analysis.
• Design and automate claim-related workflows using SQL and APIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
