Job summary

WON seeks a senior client-partner in Operational Intelligence to own accounts end-to-end, setting direction while collaborating with the AI Practices Lead when needed.

You will run long-term engagements across customer experience, marketing operations, and forecasting; benchmark performance, define the business case, and guide delivery with a focus on value, repeatability, and margin.

Qualifications

• Startup experience with building or operating programs.
• Executive presence to lead conversations with clients' leadership.
• Hands-on experience with applied AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluency with data connections, APIs, and backend tradeoffs; SQL/Python helpful.
• Ability to read P&L and model how a Shopify/e-commerce business makes money.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts end-to-end as the primary contact and set direction.
• Run long-term engagements across multiple areas, not a single tool.
• Lead discovery, benchmark business performance, and stay embedded through channels.
• Define the business case with expected moves, costs, and success metrics.
• Provide precise specs for engineers and guide delivery and adoption.
• Ensure profitability and build repeatable offerings from successful work.
