Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college offering accredited Accounting/Finance programs with at least 1 year of coursework.
• Must be 18+ and willing to work on a construction project site.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial processes.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and proactive learning mindset.
• Proficient computer skills with intermediate Excel; familiar with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Intern Program and support project deliverables under supervision.
• Learn Turner accounting processes, including construction accounting and revenue recognition.
• Assist AR, AP, GL, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analyses.
• Support data collection, ad hoc analyses, and AI-enabled efficiency gains.
• Prepare journal entries and assist month-end close activities.
• Attend training, site visits, and teamwork meetings.
