You will assist with monthly close, audits, invoice processing, and reporting, reporting to the Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year college with accounting or finance major.
• Willing to learn and work a standard work week.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance concepts.
• Effective data entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist accountant with billing and accounts receivable.
• Process accounts payable for vendor invoices.
• Manage subcontractor invoices and lien waivers.
• Support monthly close and posting of client costs.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare project invoices and backup documentation.
• Maintain vendor setup and tax certificate records.
• Provide progress reports to supervisor.
• Uphold company policies and professional conduct.
