Turner Construction Company is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our summer program. You will gain foundational experience in Operational Finance, including accounting fundamentals, project finance concepts, and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 2- or 4-year program in Accounting or Finance with ≥1 year completed.
• Must be 18+ and able to work standard week.
• Basic GAAP knowledge and ability to document data entry.
• Interest in AI and data tools for finance.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Intern Program and fulfill learning requirements with supervision.
• Learn and apply Turner financial accounting processes and project finance concepts.
• Assist with billing review, cost coding, and month-end close activities.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis efforts.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve financial processes and reporting.
