This full-time role blends direct patient care with tech-to-bedside integration through training, live demos, and hands-on assessments, with regional coverage and a compensation package ranging from $140k to $180k.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in NY with ANCC or equivalent.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations.
• Valid NY driver’s license and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to flagged residents daily.
• Train staff on Circadia workflows at the point of care.
• Interpret trend insights and coordinate timely interventions.
• Complete documentation within the same day.
• Cover sites within a 30–40 mile radius; mileage covered per policy.
