Job summary

Circadia Health in Middletown, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to transform bedside care with AI. You’ll see patients first, interpret predictive signals in real time, and coach facility teams to intervene earlier.

This on-site role blends direct patient care with tech-to-bedside integration, fielding 30+ visits daily, training staff, and collaborating with clinical ops. Travel within a 30–40 mile radius is required with mileage and lodging covered.

Qualifications

• CT-licensed NP with ANCC or equivalent.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• Valid CT driver’s license; comfortable traveling locally.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: conduct initial and follow-up assessments; initiate/adjust plans of care; complete consent; coordinate with facility providers.
• Tech → bedside integration: train and coach staff to standardize Circadia into clinical workflows.
• Data into action: interpret trend-based insights and prioritize high-risk patients for timely interventions.
• Close the loop: complete documentation/charts within the same day.
• High-volume rounding: perform 30+ visits/day where appropriate, focusing on new admits and Circadia alerts.
• Quality & product feedback: surface field insights to improve workflows and tech integration in clinical settings.
• Mentor & collaborate: support NP onboarding and partner with clinical ops/product teams.
• Regional flexibility: cover sites within a 30–40-mile radius; mileage and lodging covered per policy.
