Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Lead Network Administrator to design, implement and manage enterprise network solutions. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and VoIP equipment (primarily Fortinet) and produce design documents and test plans.

You will maintain certifications, understand business requirements, and provide guidance to the team while ensuring service levels and incident resolution. This role is office-based in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise networks incl. LAN/WAN and SD-WAN.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet, VPNs and VoIP in enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and transition firewalls, switches, access points, and other network solutions to meet the needs of customers.
• Troubleshoots LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and VoIP equipment, including a broad range of devices (Predominantly Fortinet).
• Develop and maintain technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation/test plans configuration templates and scripts.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date industry certifications.
• Understand business requirements and design solutions accordingly.
• Resolve incidents, escalates to management and vendors if necessary.
