Job summary

Qualifications

• SME for routing, switching, firewall and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, and Citrix NetScaler issues.
• Experience configuring firewalls and SD-WAN policies in Cisco Meraki and ASA environments.
• Familiarity with automation and compliance using Ansible or Terraform.
• Proficient in monitoring with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, or Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD‑WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD‑WAN, VPN connectivity, and Citrix NetScaler ADC/load‑balancing issues.
• Implement and maintain firewall, SD‑WAN, and application delivery policies across Cisco ASA, Meraki appliances, and Citrix NetScaler ADC.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
