Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Technology with Computers or IT stream.
• Or a degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and transition firewalls, switches, access points, and other network solutions.
• Troubleshoots LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, VPN, firewall, and VoIP equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical deliverables including network assessments and design documents.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical outages and incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date industry certifications.
• Author network diagrams and design documentation; proficiency with Visio is desired.
• Architect, design, and troubleshoot multi-site LAN/WAN network solutions; SD-WAN preferred.
