Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Network Administrator in the United States to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. You will manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Fortinet-based devices while aligning with security and performance goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure connectivity and support next-generation AI-driven platforms. Relevant certifications and hands-on experience are required for this critical role.

Qualifications

• Design, implement and transition firewalls, switches, access points, and other network solutions to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and VoIP devices.
• Develop and maintain technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, design docs, and implementation/test plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of outages and incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date industry certifications and knowledge of evolving security standards.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into resilient network designs.
• Resolve incidents and escalate to management or vendors when needed.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on network issues.
